LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Tom Waits announced his summer tour the morning of May 5th in video on his Web site, Tomwaits.com. It is the "Glitter And Doom" tour. It will consist of 13 dates and 12 cities in the US.
Waits appeared via streaming video in what first appeared to be highlights from a press conference. It was later revealed to viewers that Waits was talking to an empty room, with staged audience questions being broadcast by a record player amid rows of empty chairs.
