NAMPA, Idaho (CBS 2) — Northwest Nazarene University just unveiled its new Conrad Student Commons building Friday on its Nampa campus.
The ribbon-cutting was part of NNU's homecoming weekend.
"NNU’s campus will be filled with activity as alumni, friends and community members come to campus to reconnect with old friends and reminisce about the memories they shared," NNU said. "A highlight of the weekend will be the dedication of the New Student Commons."
The events included a special screening of "I'll Push You," the Conrad Student Commons opening, a men's basketball game vs. California Miramar University, and more.

- “Inspecting Carol” is a humorous look at a community theatre struggling to produce their annual fundraiser: Dickens’s Christmas Carol. - This year's concert will feature NNU's Department of Music and honor the memory and contributions of Dr. Walden Hughes to the NNU community. In addition, there will be an exclusive Steinway presentation that features an elite Spirio player piano seen by very few in the world.
