  • Keep an ear out for specific sound cues: You’ll hear this ominous sparkling sound when a Lucky Pal is around you. It pretty much stands out from the rest of the surrounding sounds so you should be able to notice it if you just pay a little extra attention when travelling. Follow the sound to its source and you should find your Lucky Pal.
  • Keep an eye out for bigger-than-average pals: So unlike Pokemon, the pals themselves don’t shimmer in gold. Rather, you can identify a Lucky Pal by seeing their size as Lucky Pals are much larger than normal. Also, while Lucky Pals do not shimmer in gold, they have this light coming out of them, as shown in the picture below.
