The fans are excited for Hajime no Ippo Chapter 1436 which will release soon. Kamogawa’s return to boxing after a brief hiatus has proven to be quite difficult. Kamogawa faces an uphill battle in his most recent bout against the southpaw fighter Mashiba.
This fight was really difficult for him, as Mashiba had him fighting from behind the entire time. No one, however, expected Kamogawa to have leg weights on.
Before it was brought up, not even we readers were aware of it. Fans are left wondering what will happen next in the series now that the southpaw is becoming increasingly ineffective against Mashiba in the third round after removing his weights.

As was said before, Kamogawa and Mashiba’s battle will carry on in the next chapter. From the beginning, the edge was with the former, and it was later revealed that Kamogawa’s constant retreat was due to his lack of mobility.
He was surprisingly slow because he was wearing training weights. Kamogawa turned the fight around as soon as he got rid of them, thanks to his heightened mobility. We should expect a couple more rounds of this throughout the chapter.
Kamogawa is proving why he is one of the best boxers in the world by beating Mashiba so soon after taking a hiatus from the sport. But to assume Kamogawa will emerge victorious is too good to be true.
Mashiba may be on his tail right now, but he’s been treating Kamogawa gently out of respect for his recent return. Mashiba may not win, but he’ll show Kamogawa what a great sparring partner he is and give him a bout he won’t soon forget.
Nonetheless, there will be a clear victor in this battle in the next episode. The main goal of the match is to get Kamogawa back into boxing, but the fact that it will be a very interesting bout is a bonus.
